What the video shows, step by step
The English and Hindi versions follow the same steps. Times are for the English version; select a time to jump there.
- 0:00Every day, customers send photos on WhatsApp. You scroll, download one by one, rename and make folders.
- 0:09Title: do it in 4 taps.
- 0:14Step 1, order. New order: customer name, phone, item and price.
- 0:18Pick the item and size — the price fills in.
- 0:22Advance is optional. Save — done in about 10 seconds.
- 0:28Step 2, photo link. Send one link on WhatsApp, or show the QR at the counter.
- 0:35One tap and the message is ready.
- 0:38Step 3, upload. The customer opens the link on their phone.
- 0:44Photos upload in full quality.
- 0:52Step 4, download. The photos are in the order.

What to notice
- The customer never installs an app — the upload page opens in the phone browser.
- Photos land inside the order, so there is nothing to rename.
- The bill message opens in WhatsApp; the shop checks it and sends it.
