What setup includes

Our team sets up your account; you do not configure anything yourself.

Orders: we enter your products, sizes and prices from your rate card. Usually set up in a day.
Store: we also add product images, options, bulk prices and each product's print measurements. Timing depends on your catalogue.

Store has a one-time setup fee because of this catalogue work. It depends on how many products you have — message us for a quote.

Fair use

What "300 photos a day" means

The Orders plan is priced for a typical counter. Up to 300 customer photos uploaded per day is covered. If your shop regularly needs more — for example for school or event work — tell us before you subscribe.

Not included

Online payment collection — payments stay between you and your customer. You can record the advance and discount on the order.
GST invoices and accounting — the bill shows items, discount, total, advance and amount due.
Automatic WhatsApp messages Coming soon — today messages are ready-made and you tap send.
Printer control — you print from your own software and printer.

Pricing questions

Which plan should I start with?

If customers mostly hand you photos and you design yourself, start with Orders. If you want customers to design mugs, frames or T-shirts themselves and approve before you print, choose Store. Store includes everything in Orders.

Is there a free trial?

We offer a free demo instead: we show PrintSimplify with your own products on a call or at your shop, so you can decide before paying.

Do my customers pay anything to PrintSimplify?

No. Customers upload photos and view bills for free. PrintSimplify does not collect money from your customers.
